ProCrew is a digital intermediation platform between workers and contractors in the construction sector. The platform does not guarantee the technical quality, legal compliance, or economic outcome of any listed service. Use requires accurate information, a verified mobile number, and full compliance with all platform policies. ProCrew does not replace professional licenses, government permits, required insurance, or regulatory compliance in each location. Each user is solely responsible for verifying applicable licensing, permits, and legal requirements for their activity.

Summary

ProCrew collects registration, contact, reputation, hire, payment, and platform usage data to operate the service, authenticate users, prevent fraud, improve worker-company matching, and comply with legal requirements. Phone numbers and email addresses are not displayed publicly. Phone numbers remain protected until a hire is confirmed on the platform. Location data is limited to city and state in public profiles — exact addresses are shared only when necessary after hire confirmation. As operations involve data processing from Brazil, the platform complies with the LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and applicable laws in its operating markets.

Ranks are per specialty. A worker can be a Master in Painting and an Apprentice in Demolition. Each trade is tracked independently.

Rank thresholds (per specialty): Helper (0–4) · Apprentice (5–20) · Journeyman (21–35) · Foreman (36–49) · Master (50–79) · Superintendent (80+).

Elite badge is a special designation — not a rank. It requires 50+ total confirmed hires, rating ≥4.8, and no-show rate ≤2%. It cannot be purchased.

Verified badge requires a paid plan ($5/mo) and platform verification criteria.

Reputation factors: ratings from completed hires, punctuality, no-show rate, rehire rate, consistency, valid reports. The platform may reduce visibility, suspend badges, or limit accounts for fraud or manipulation.

ProCrew provides channels for reporting cancellations, no-shows, payment disputes, and abusive behavior.

To file a report: email report@procrew.app with the reported profile name, objective description, approximate date, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, messages).

Response time: first reply within 72 business hours.

The platform may review messages, records, and usage history. Filing a false or bad-faith report may result in sanctions against the reporting account.
